ABOUT KEVIN SAYLES
As a child, Kevin would wait by the screen door in the morning anticipating his chance to go to school like his older brothers. He was an inquisitive child with a strong desire to learn. Education has always been an important factor in Kevin’s life. Always standing out from the pack, Kevin excelled in school. After graduating with honors in high school. Kevin continued onto the University of La Verne where he graduated again with departmental honors gaining a Bachelors of Science Degree in Business Administration. He achieved an MBA from the University of Redlands and hasn’t stopped his desire to learn more.
Kevin believes in increasing his knowledge and skill. Constant And Never Ending Improvement” ( CANI ) is simply apart of his DNA. Kevin is bilingual having learned to speak Spanish fluently after college. Kevin has gained certification from Langevin, a program that teaches you how to create curriculum. He has received certification through Achieve Global and has gone through training with the Forum corporation. Kevin has been a student of Tony Robbins having attended Unleash the Power Within, Life and Wealth Mastery, Business Mastery and Date with Destiny.
Kevin started his career in banking as a Branch Manager at Household Bank.Through his time as a branch manager he learned and gained experience dealing with loans, appraisals, loan underwriting, bank management, escrow, title insurance, credit card payment processing, back office storage, and all aspects of lending. He later moved on and became the Vice President of Career Development at Home Savings of America where he led curriculum development to help employees move forward in their careers. In addition to his role in career development, Kevin became the training manager at Home Savings of America. He was in charge of training all branch personnel nationwide. After years of development at the bank, Kevin found growth and another challenge when deciding to move into real estate working as a Sales Manager at Landsafe Title ( Countrywide). It was there that he used his training background to not only close personal sales but also train his sales staﬀ to excel in their own personal sales.
Kevin is currently a Vice President at Lawyers Title. He is also a real estate investor continually looking for great properties to flip or invest in. When the real estate market changed in 2008, Kevin had to find more ways to add value to his clients. It was during this time that he discovered that he had an extensive amount of knowledge in Probate Real Estate. He wrote Probate Real Estate Sales 101 to help real estate agents and investors make more money in probate real estate. Later he created ProbateRealEstateSales101.com. Kevin is now commonly seen training real estate agents and investors to find, handle, and close probate real estate deals. Through his conferences, trainings, and products he teaches how to develop your niche in probate real estate.
As accomplished as Kevin is in his career, his greatest pride is his family. He has been married since 2002, and is the proud father of four boys. He can be found on weekends playing nerf war with his boys or attending his boys’ basketball and soccer games. He has a passion for traveling and love of learning. Kevin is committed to God, his family, and creating a legacy for his family. He is very intentional about using his knowledge to teach real estate professionals and to help them achieve their business and personal goals.
